About Kids Voting:
Kids Voting provides an authentic voting experience for students at the polls. On Election Day, Wake County & Durham official polling sites provide Kids Voting ballots that replicate the adult ballot with the same races.

Kids VotingHaving adults and children vote together teaches children the importance of citizenship skills and the principles of democracy.

Kids Voting is a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization that helps young people discover their power as citizens.

They offer activities, resources, and ideas to help students learn about voting and democracy, support teachers in the classroom, and engage families in active citizenship.
