Watch Local Television and Local Stars in the Making!

Don't miss your chance to get up close and personal with local television as it's created. You are invited to attend the taping of FOX50's newest local program, Gimme The Mike. The competition heats up next week when the 25 contestants, chosen from hundreds of auditions, go head to head on the stage of the AJ Fletcher Opera Theater at the BTI Center in downtown Raleigh.

Taping times are as follows:
Wednesday, May 19th - 5:00pm & 6:30pm & 8:00pm
Thursday, May 20th - 6:00pm & 7:00pm

Seating is free and open to the public. No tickets are necessary; attendees will be admitted on a first come/first serve basis. Doors open a half hour prior to each taping, and the audience will be cleared and re-seated for each one hour taping.

Attend one or more tapings with friends and family. This is also a great outing for your musical groups, school groups, civic groups, church groups, etc.

The show premieres on FOX50 at 7:30p on Wednesday, June 2nd and will air each Wednesday at 7:30pm for five weeks. The sixth and final episode will be broadcast live on Wednesday, July 7th from 8-9pm, as the final five contestants compete to be crowned the Gimme The Mike winner.
