CBC
Stations Go To The Fair |
The North Carolina
State Fair is underway, and Capitol Broadcasting Company is once again
hosting a tent for its Triangle television and radio stations. WRAL-TV,
WRAL-FM and FOX50 have set up shop near the Dorton Arena to meet the public.
The three stations will have personalities on hand to sign autographs
and will be doing some live breaks from the fairgrounds.

CBC stations are selling "One Nation" t-shirts at the fair. |

MIX 101.5 is giving away magnets and broadcasting live from the tent
periodically. |
The stations will
be handing out several items such as magnets and bags as well as selling
t-shirt and mugs with station logos. WRAL-TV will also be selling a patriotic
"One Nation" t-shirt, and FOX50 will join them in giving away window decals
of the American Flag. The stations will also be collecting donations for
the "Relief for America" Fund and selling "FDNY" caps as a fundraiser
for New York Firefighters.
